LarryX, don't put all that stuff into your body. If you are into boxing, all you have to do is run 4-6 miles a day, box for 2 hrs. a day, eat clean and healthy (no ingredient foods), and drink 1 gal. of water. It's not hard. If you do this for 1-2 months you will see results. We go hard.
