You're going to have a hard time finding a copy of Sagarra's book, my friend. I did some research to see what I could come up with for you. The book indeed exists, but none of the major booksellers have a copy to sell. There's none offered on eBay, either.

Amazon.com carries a three-volume series of books on "Escuela Cubana de Boxeo", written by Maykel Balmaseda Alburqueque.
