I actually started it this week for my cut. I think I posted about it in the Get in shape contest thread.

But I'm eating all my calories and macros from 1-9. And lifting at 12Pm at the end of the fasting. I havent been doing it long enough to show much results but hopefully by the beginning of Jan it will be showing.

It is tough not eating breakfast though, I just basically have coffee and drink a sh*t load of water to keep myself somewhat full. Lifting before I break the fast is tough as well as I have little energy but I heard that is supposed to get better as it goes along.
