Default Head Control? Boxing? WTF is this dude talking about?

Missing a punch is a great opportunity to land more punches. In elementary school we are taught to bring our hands back to guard. However the higher level you go, the faster the counters come.

Here is 1 way to train head control after you have missed a left hook. Control Is Fun

Disclaimer: These techniques take a lot of practice. 1st drills, then application in sparring, then a fight. Also you gotta be savvy. Practice slow. Works for boxing, mma, kickboxing, and traditional muay thai
