i can almost garantee i know more about rodriguez than anybody on this forum, as i watched him come up from literally his first few pro fights when he was a local attraction
golovkin would knock him out, especially if he took the risks to win. he's too easy to hit. all he's got is length on golovkin. usually a bigger man has a better punch and chin, but golovkin has him covered by a country mile
if he cant use the length to the degree that it will win him the fight he'll get stopped.
rodriguez has a terrific manager (larry army, a local attorney,) and a great promotor in dibella. they want to fight somebody like kelly pavlik. higher reward in terms of the esteem (and check,) lower risk in terms of the danger, as pavlik is nothign but a puncher, and golovkin is a puncher with most of the fixings.
