Weigh 224 as of this morning.
I shoot for no more than 2700 calories and no less than 2100 calories.
As for a breakdown of my calories, my targets are no more than 140 grams of protein and no less than 90 grams.
For fat, no more than 80 grams and no less than 60 grams.
Everything else is carbohydrate.
I drink at least a half of water every day on top of what I drink while in the gym (which is a lot). I also have a bottle of Powerade every gym session.
No supplements of any kind except a multivitamin.
Roadwork every day and boxing training 5 days a week for an hour and 45 minutes a night. I don't do the marathon training sessions; I get in, do my thing, and leave. I never train more than two hours. No weights other than a neck strengthener device I wear during floor work.
