Watch that knockdown shot of Khan again, I think you're overlooking the fact that the angle of the shot was such that there were 3 points of impact - behind the head (on the edge of the skull/neck), on the ear and on the jaw just underneath the ear. Most people would have been out cold with that but Khan still got up and continued fighting.
As others have said, he took bombs from a strong 140 Maidana (as opposed to a weak 147 Maidana) and didn't drop once.
And after the evidence from the Morales fight getting hit with the same punch, while he was in mid-combo (just like Khan was) we can see that the real issue was the power and timing of Garcia rather than the "glass chins" of Morales and Khan.
