Thanks family.

No it's not premeditated or choreographed. I prefer to freestyle it to keep the students brain live. There are commands but I like to freestyle them as we go. Obviously "sets" are much easier to do but I think it takes away from the purpose of the drill.

Doing it wrong? It depends on what your focus is. I value the drill for my reasons. I think as long as your guys are getting better and winning fights, there will always be a method to the madness.
