I got my preapproval and everything though, so as soon as any offer comes along on my house i can take it and put a contract on the house, Ill try to talk them down but Im willing to pay the listing price... Like I said its been on the market for 300 days so i like my chances to get it.
Luckily my house is completely finished and move in ready, all hardwood floors, neutral colors, new bedroom carpeting in all four bedrooms, brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, new central air and security system, new two tone garage, new windows.... Im confident it will sell... Hopefully quickly.. And Im priced reasonably to sell.
