back on the grind!
hi guys, fairly new to the forum,
used to box going back a year or so ago but haven't been since! and im feeling it, so ive decided im going back to boxing.......and being so impulsive im going tonight.
missed the sport but i had to stop due to work commitments, fortunately i now have a better job with plenty more time for me things so im getting back on it and going hard! i've blew the dust off the boots, cleaned up my gloves
and ordered my demigod boxing nutrition!
going to be going 4 times a week (hopefully i wont die of a heart attack) and doing other things like gym or swimming once a week, ive decided im gonna keep a video diary of my training days so if you guys are interested in other peoples methods and what not then check it out,
hopefully ill be able to post it on the forum without too many problems
