I've been a household goods relocation technician (dumb ass mover) for over a dozen years now, and I have been very lucky with my back. I think it's because I'm built kinda low to the ground, (I'm a short shit).

But I've noticed that I don't recover quite as quick as I used to if I bang myself up.
