Its either... Yeah, you did a **** ton of manual labor and youre almost 30.., youre back shouldnt be feeling very good now..... Or.... You should be tired, but you shouldnt feeled limited in any lateral movement.

Just trying to find out if this is normal or related to my disc ****.

Its weird... Im pretty athletic, if the day is fresh, i can box, workout, jump rope, lift with the best of them... My chiro said ive had this disc situation for at least 5yrs based on the mri... It doesnt limit my movement, but usually after extended physical activity i lose strength in my lowerback and it feels strained..

Normal or?
