lol. show me one guy of James Toney's first 20 or 30 opponents who didnt have a losing record. the dude fought complete bums before he beat Michael Nunn. Michalczewski beat Rocchigiani (made him quit in the rematch, btw Rocchigiani schooled Michael Nunn), Virgil Hill, Griffin,Leeonzer, Barber,Piper, Hall, Harmon. All good opponents. Toney lost to Tiberi, Thadzi and needed Roids his whole career. not saying Toney isnt skilled, but he is way lower on the ATG list

Rochigianni was semi-retired, a recovering alcoholic with man **** and gray hair when he fought Dariusz in the rematch years later. In the first fight, Dariusz was roundly booed after getting a gift DQ in a fight he was losing handily. And how dare you compare Michael Nunn from 1991 to the version Rochigianni fought. Using that logic then Dariusz can't sniff Roy's jockstrap--he lost to Julio Gonzalez, didn't he?

on american ATG lists, both Toney and Michalczewski arent in the top 50 or top 100, so u wont find any lists with both on them. anyways, Michalczewski should be on a top 100 ATG list or even a top 50 ATG list, Toney shouldnt.

Once again you're forgetting Griffin fought James Toney BEFORE Roy Jones ruined him as a fighter in 1 round. Dariusz didn't fight Griffen until AFTER Jones had destroyed him. Big difference.
