Default Could Freitas make some noise at junior welterweight and welterweight?

PoPo looked surprisingly good in his last outing, he was always one of my favorites of the last decade....had some underrated skills and was known for his power....In my opinion if he is serious and hungry I think he can settle down at 140 or 147 and make some noise if his mind is right and he is in top shape
