I find I agree with you more and more.
If I were to have a boxing match vs Bieber..... it would be decent for 30 seconds. I wouldn't want to do anything rash, I'd try to figure him out as he as a little bit of speed, if no technique or power. After that I'd bulldoze him and rupture his kidneys/liver/stomach.
