By and large yes. Hopkins is slightly more rough-house, and Zab is quite hit-and-miss and seems to flake on the biggest stage. Mayweather and Whitaker however are arguably the best technicians of the last 15-20 years.
Willie Pep and Emile Griffith undoubtedly belong here when looking at the ATGs.
