US Navy SEALs training is arguably one of the toughest, during basic underwater demolition school they do 2 mile swims as "warm-ups". And that's just at the beginning of the day. You won't find any footage but American Advanced SERE training is one of the roughest.

Waterboarding and other torture techniques that they used in Guantanamo and other places derive from the torture techniques they use in Advance SERE.
