At some point as I said, this would no longer be considered a privilege but a right. So some Liberal would introduce additional amendments to subsidize citizens purchase of clones. Crony-Capitalism of sorts with Govt. paying Corporations.

Republicans at that point would complain that subsidizing it raises prices and makes it more expensive, but oh well. It would be your new age version of Food Stamps debate. We may still end up getting poorer quality of Clones, whose holes start gaping much more easier with quicker aging.
