ARum is playing mind games with the media, cause in the last 2-3 months, there have been so many negative stories about Pac being underpaid, ripped-off by Top rank, in denbt to the IRS, and rumors that he's being taken advantage by TR, so Arum is gonna silence those critics, by purchasing Pac a brand new car, and show it off to the media.
But in reality, that car is not Pac's. It belongs to Bob Arum.
Arum just lets Pac live like a "millionare" but really isnt.
Pac has very little money and is kinda broke.
Everything Pac has, has been purchased through Arum & Top rank's account.
Pac has to obey & do whatever Arum tells him, or else Arum will claim back all the property that Pac currently has in possesion, cause Arum currently owns Pac and his team.
Thats why Pac wont and cant
leave Top Rank, cause TR owns Pac.
