The primary foreign policy objective of this president was to kick the Russians and Chinese out of Africa and deprive them of their resource supply line to eventually force them to fight it out amongst each other for Siberian oil.

The secondary objective was to invade Africa under humanitarian left cover. (Sudan, Somalia, Yemen, Egypt, Tunisia and of course Libya)

Only a black African president with a pre-packaged Nobel Peace Prize is capable of such fuckery.
