Pushups are without a doubt the best exercise there is. Hands down.
He's still like 295 or something..........but can do somewhere from 30-40 of them consecutively which is pretty good for someone who is out of shape in my opinion. Damn good lol.
It took me years in order to do over 55 in a row.
