i actually dont know why there's no krav maga in mma. maybe it's because of the its style being more focused on killing someone or protecting urself in street combat rather than the sport.

It's just a combination of styles really, and it's emphasis is not sports combat but practical self defense.

It IS for sell defense...much of it would't be legal in MMA. It was developed by an Isreali commando to disable an attacker in the most efficient and effective way.

it basically is mma. take out the dirty stuff. it's mma.

i only like the weapon disarming of it. everything else, i couldn't care less about.

Well, as mentioned its not suited for sports. I guess it'd be handy in an arena but more self defense/survival. Not that boxing/muay thai/wrestling, etc arent effective for self defense...but differen idiologies I suppose. Watch fight quest lol
