i too find dressier shirts to have unusually small nechklines.

just want to point that out.

i don't have oversized neck or anything, but it isn't skinny n ****. so, it seems u have to buy gigger shirts. but, i never button those ****ers up anyways. or if i do, it is just bottom 3 or 2 butons.
