  • Comments Thread For: Rico Ramos-Oscar Gonzalez Likely To Replace Dirrell

According to featherweight Rico Ramos, he will be facing Oscar Gonzalez on April 12 at the Skookum Events Center in Shelton, Wash, on ESPN's Friday Night Fights. Dan Rafael of ESPN.com reported that Andre Dirrell's ESPN 2 bout for that date was off, so it's likely this is the new main event.

Ramos (21-2, 11 KOs) is a former titleholder at 122 pounds, but lost his belt by knockout to Guillermo Rigondeaux last year. In his last bout, he lost to Ronny Rios on ShoBox. Gonzalez (20-2, 14 KOs) is coming off a loss to Raul Hirales.

Dirrell post poned again? He must be enjoying his ring entrances too much. Waste of talent. Good bye Dirrell and sorry for 50 for signing this waste.
