George Groves is ready to take his eight-month injury hell out on Francisco Sierra when he faces the Mexican in California in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Groves was forced to abandon a world title shot against WBO super-middleweight champion Robert Stieglitz on May 5 because of nose damage.
