The current #2 WBA super bantamweight challenger, Yoandris "El Niņo" Salinas, and his promoter Carlos Rodriguez, said they are waiting for news from Scott Quigg's new team about their ordered fight. Now, as reported by BoxingScene, Quigg joined Matchroom Sport and now Salinas's team wants to start negotiations to finalize their match very soon.
"We have the best intention to negotiate with Matchroom on this fight. Quigg had problems with his former team and told Boxingscene that he already solved this issue.
