I love this drill! Get a kick shield preferably a big one. You can simulate the runner and the aggressor. The runner's job is to never be pinned against the ropes and not to hold and move its feet and punch(super run on sentence, im aware) The aggressors job is to press the action but throw intelligent punches utilizing the jab and "approaching shots"(see kenny weldon) and measurements. also combos because you may miss the 1st 2 but you will land the 3rd or 4th.
