I recall to this day, that when we lose, we look at why we lost because any male who is competitive will never enjoy losing.
When my team loses in football, or I do badly at running, cycling, sparring, I think to myself, what did I do wrong that day. When asked or I talk about it, excuses naturally come out even though I am generally not an excuse maker.
Just saying, a top pro boxer is like any of us, they always look at what goes wrong. Often more than not, ego will come in and they will blame others, but that is how humans work. Rarely do we blame ourselves because that would eat us up and we will just die.
