The military leader of the Palestinian militant group Hamas, Ahmed Jabari, has been assassinated in an Israeli air strike on his car in Gaza.

Mr Jabari is the most senior Hamas official to be killed since Israel's military offensive on the city four years ago.

Consider this: the population of Arabs and non-Arab Muslims in the world has been steadily growing. At the same time, the number of Jews (like other white people) has remained the same or in some places even decreased (because of a low birth rate).

There were slightly more Jews than Muslims in Canada when I was born. Now, there are more than three times as many Muslims as Jews in Canada.

The same is true for most European countries as well as Australia.

And eventually because of the difference in birthrates and because of immigration, Muslims will outnumber Jews in the USA.
