I know everyone seems to have a slightly different perception of what qualifies a boxer as an all-time great, and a De La Hoya thread in NSB kind of prompted this question. A lot of people made the remark that Oscar is a clearcut hall of famer, but didn't do quite enough to be considered an all-time great, and I'm just interested to see where that line between Hall of Famer and all-time great lies exactly.
