No he doesn't. This kid is only 19 and he's been a pro for less then 2 years. He isn't ready to step up yet.

Not bad at only 19, bring him along nicely, and develop him instead of burning him out too quickly, although he should fight better opposition but nothing too outrageous, they should get good mileage out of him and then when he's about to peak throw him in and see what he's capable of
