Pac is willing to take the tests, he just doesn't want to do it the day of the fight or a couple days before, he's willing to test as soon as the fight is over. The problem is they can't assure him he won't have to take the tests that close to fight night, not that Pac won't do the tests.

Floyd ended a lot of people's careers without fighting them...
Cotto ("he can't beat me anyway, he lost to one dimensional bums Margo and Paco)
Mosley ("he an old dude with 5 losses")
Margarito ("he a cheater")
Williams ("he a middleweight and got schooled by Quintana and Martinez")

well berto and williams are both managed by al haymon. and mosley, marquez campbell etc are all promoted by golden boy, who already said none of their fighters will fight pac without an olympic style testing.
right after margarito like this im not sure if boxing can handle it if pac is juicing, and it looks like it too me. he will cast a shadow of doubt over his entire career if he backs out of the mayweather fight due to drug testing.

True. Schafer said he will demand any GBP fighter vs Manny Pacquiao to have Olympic style drug testing. This means that Pacquiao can only fight Top Rank fighters, Dibella fighters, Shaw fighters, and Goosen fighters. No GBP fighters.

Translated quotes from Pac - Showing his wilingness to take the RANDOM BLOOD TESTS up to 48 hours before the fight....and 1 test immediately after the fight in his locker room.....

If you read articles, just assuming you do, you'll see that Pacquiao has publically stated he will do ALL the blood tests required, just not ON fight day.
