  • Comments Thread For: Sebastian Lujan: Bring on Devon Alexander at 147!

WBC Latino welterweight champion Sebastian "Iron" Lujan (38-5-2-1, 24 KOs) is very excited after his recent knockout victory over Los Angeles-based Filipino, Mark Jason Melligen, whom Lujan stopped in the ninth around after scoring four knockdown at the Freeman Coliseum in San Antonio, Texas. Lujan took the fight on a few days notice after Melligen's original opponent, Freddy Hernandez, withdrew with an injury.

Lol, good fight, Lujan was really exciting in his last fight against Melligen, the problem is that Devon is slick indeed, so it would not be so easy for Lujan as it was when he faced Melligen.

The other problem is that there's absolutely no way he'll get a decision in Alexander's backyard...

Lol I'd rather see this then a boring boxing exhibition between Devon and Paulie, Lujan had me rolling against Melligen the way he broke his will.. Devon's next fight needs to be on ESPN where he belongs.. make it happen!

Devon is getting too much action in his back yard, that's for lack of respect. Judges don't do a fighter any favors with hometown decisions, as you can see, the sharks smell blood. Devon looked beatable, actually beat, in his last "win" and Lujan looks to be bigger and stronger than Matthyse. Devon better stay at 140.
