IBF Intercontinental super lightweight champion, Pier Olivier Cote (19-0-0), who is promoted by InterBox, has been ordered to defend his crown this fall against French boxer Ali Chebah (35-2-0 ), ranked at number four. Both promoters have until July 27 to agree on the date and location or a purse bid will be held. Cote has held the IBF Intercontinental title since November 5, 2011. In his latest duel, on May 26 in England, he defeated Briton Mark Lloyd by TKO in the fifth round. Seven of his last ten fights were completed before the distance.

Cote is like Acelino Frietas, he swarms a guy with heat sinking missiles till the guy goes away. Chebah is a hell of a good fighter though. Cote is one of the best 140 pounders. If he beat Chebah, he becomes a huge threat. He is a fireplug for sure.
