    Hey everyone

    Recently something happend between me and someone, anyways - long story short I took it ALL out on the heavybag like never before. After I was done I felt a odd feeling in my arms, not of pain. My hands feel fine (properly wrapped). Nothing is hurting, I just want to know if this is normal?

    2nd. Hitting the heavy bag on a regular basis will do waht for your arms? I understand it will help yuou create a stronger punch, however does it make your muscles grow, or just tone?

    If you can help me out I would appreciate it alot.

    hitting the heavy bag frequently, i beleive will make your arms more toned, while building some new muscle and will give your arms that "inner strength" as iv heard it called.

    i made exactly the same thread, well, fairly simular. although its prolly on about the 10th pagre now .

      I use to lift weights and thought I was bulked. Ever since I started doing consistent workouts on the heavy bag (at least 3-5 rounds, some punchout drills, or power punching drills), I feel more toned, and my shoulders have taken a huge toning improvement.

      Honestly, you could probably do heavy bag work alone to build muscles, but I highly recommend tossing in an extra cardio routine to cut even more.
