  • How to work out the pecs

    ...and make them look scrumcious. I am looking for all show muscle I don't care if I get them stronger and all of that, I just want alittle nicer pecs. Any ideas?

    Dumbells raised to shoulder level. Hold them against your chest as if the palms of your hand are facing your chest, and then move them horizontally outwards so both of your arms are out either side of your body...

    If you imagine those machines you see at the gym where they bring the weights inwards, and then release and it goes outwards again. Its real hard to explain.

    Alternatively, clap press ups.

      Are you talking about shoulder press with dumbells in the one above? What about chin ups? What about plain pushups?

        Do push ups looking at this picture and tell yourself that you are going to get to **** her if you do just one more.....

          There is the pec dec which I think exige was talking about, pressups, pressups while hands on chairs I and going down inbetween the 2 chairs someone mentioned and this does work the pecs, bench press.

            Weighted pushups or Decline Dumbell Presses.

            Weighted pushups are great because it works the core a lot too. And Decline Dumbell Presses work the most fibers according to EMG studies. If you do Decline, then also do Incline, because then your chest is gonna be looking droopy. LOL

                incline pushups bro... i have much better experience with the inclined pushups rather than the bench press or incline bench press.. try them..
