An actor puts on a foreign accent... when has it really sucked?

One I recalled as an all-time low was Keanu Reeves doing an "English" accent in Dracula, and was going to post it here as the all-time No.1.

But I just rewatched a clip, and it's actually really pretty good, or at least not bad... it's just that Reeves's uhhhhhhhhhhh..... "acting"... is so God ****ing awful it makes everything he does seem bad in comparison. This is a man who would lose a battle of acting with Vinnie Jones.
