1. African Americans have no relation to ancient egyptians. Their bloodlines is Congolese/West-african.
2. Ancient Egyptians were not 100% white like white washed tv claims, sure the majority would've been "mediterranean white" but not white like eidur gudjohnsson.
3. Ancient Egyptians woulve been the same race as the ancient people of phut(libya, tunisia etc), canaan(lebanon/palestine) because of their common ancient ancestor as well as historical human migrations and the language thesis of afro-asiaitc.
4. People mentioned greater Ethiopia before. There was no Ethiopia during ancient egypt, the people you speak of are the ancient Somalians(who lived in what is today Ethiopia and Eritrea before the Yemeni kingdoms conquered and genocide/settled in the region to form the habesha race).
5. There were as many very white(like ramses the second who had white skin with reddish orange hair) and very dark(like ramses the third who was supposedly very jet black). Majority though would resemble something like Chelsea footballer mohamed salah imo or a hatem ben arfa type look(which can be considered white).
Ancient Egyptians gentically are most closely related to modern egyptians than to lebanese/palestinians/tunisians/libyans, then to the rest of afroasiatic peoples in the middle east and north africa. They would probably be more closely related to greeks/romans than to sub saharran africans too(this is from a habesha too)
