After the early rounds did you think Broner was on his way to stop Maidana?

I gave round 4 5 6 and seven to Broner. Maidana looked really tired and Broner was coming forward and looked Confident. I felt it was only a matter of time he was going to walk Maidana down and stop him.....


....and then BOOOM Maidana knocks him down in round 8 and after that Maidana came back to Life and it was all Maidana again for the rest of the fight.

I knew from the first round that Broners in trouble and I actually thought it would be Broner getting stopped but he's tough.

You watch the 12'th round again Broner hurt Madiana twice. Broner should of took the loss like a man. Stayed in there congrated Marcos and asked for a rematch....not run out of the ring like a brat. However, Anyone that says Broner didn't show heart is crazy. He got rocked and stayed in there. But Its time to see if he can man up and grow up now. His arrogant act is over. He is either gonna bounce back and work on his craft....or be Prince Hamed jr and never be the same.

If Maidana was getting stopped it wasn't because of Broner's punches or because he was hurt, but because he was gassed to the point he couldn't be standing anymore.

Not really. I agree with Dan, if anything I thought Broner was going to get stopped.

Broner is too small for WW, he really needs to move back down.

Yeah I admit it did start looking that way for me. Broner started landing those really crisp fast shots and honestly Broner's conditioning seemed to be perfect as he was getting stronger and stronger and Maidana was fading. But that knockdown sealed the deal

Broner winning the 4th-7th is laughable.

I gave him the 6th and 12th. Maybe the 11th.

You guys must have never watched a Maidana fight. He always looks gassed out just ask Victor Ortiz. Chino is dangerous till the end.

I knew Maidana was just taking a break at times, he does that in a lot of fights. It appears like he's slowing down and tiring when he's just trying to take a rest to boost his energy. That's one of the reasons Khan beat him because he didn't allow Maidana to rest and reset that much.

No. I knew the second Broner was using no movement that he couldn't use any movement against a good pressure fighter, and he had no footwork or Plan B whatsoever. I knew 30 seconds in he was getting beat and beat down hard.
