  • If Pacquiao turned up the heat

Against Mosley and bradely in those respective fights,

Do you think he would have been able to Stop them, Ko/tko?

When mosley, he knocked him down early causing Shane to fight very cautious and not engage at all, which pac seemed content with and just cruised to a UD dec. I wonder what would have happened if pac really put the pressure on and decided not to let shane ride his bike the whole night.

Against bradely, Pac just fought last minute and a half of every round in which he caused Tim some heavy probs in those sequences. If he had brought the fight to Tim for the full 3 min of every round, is it possible he could've Tko'd / ko'd him?.

Now both Mosley and Tim have very good chins so a flat out Ko would be very hard, maybe Tko stoppage on the ropes or ref just stops the fight coz of accumulation of punishment.

no Pacquiao fights in spurts and so do most Freddie Roach fighters.

He could have, but... manny doesnt have the mentality of "the destroyer" anymore during those fights. he said it himself at one point, " one need not kill his opponent when fighting in the ring". He doesnt think it necessary to knock out foes when theyre running and backing away, just tap them enough at the closing seconds of each round he knows hell win. The way he fought mosley and tim is his style of pitty patts, 5-6 combos, if you stay out of the way good for you he knows he doesnt need to chase to knock you out to win. If hes still have the mentality he once had during lelo and barrera fights tim and mosley would have gotten more than they can chew. manny's competitive spirit is tops, if one is to look very closely on everything he does, he relish challenges, and his passion is incomparable. His compassion too is on another level. it shows in margarito, cotto, diaz and even hatton fights. probably those wins contributed to the deadening of his killer instinct in a way. The tim's loss is a reality check for pacquiao and marquez loss is another lesson maybe both will be the factors for the reawakening of the beast in pacquiao, a smart beast this time, ill pity brandon rios if that will be the case, and lucky for alvarado he only got half what he should have gotten if he agreed to fight pacquiao the first time it offered to him

No because Manny becomes confused as soon as he sees a little movement and defense.

thats a strong word you used there, but since you do not really follow the career of the pacman you get a pass this time but still "confused" is a stupid word to describe a fighter the caliber of pacquiao.

Hard to say. Neither fighter fought back after a certain point. It was just run run run just trying to survive.

Yuup! He too old to turn up the heat. Hes gotta fight smarter now at his age/worn body. If a 40year old marquez can catch him...imagine a young one.
Lmfao i love that quote on 24/7 with Freddie Roach when Arquez knocked Pacquiao down in the 3rd round, and said"evena blind man would have saw that punch coming" lmfao
