These fools must be really hard up for money... They said I owe 4500... I handled it with my accountant and ends up they owe me money.. I spoke with several representatives of the FTB and told me not to worry that everything is being corrected. I sent the faxes of my 540 for the year in question and sent in the actual and they said that they will postpone any form of collections till after everything is reprocessed. They already garnished 1000 from my check and today sent me a certified letter saying I have x amount of days to pay my balance... I will empty my bank account because of these fools... WTF??? I hate California for this. They are sticking me with paying something I do not owe. I'll be damned if I give in, I am paranoid I will never get it back if I do but if I don't they will be garnishing wages and going into my bank account...Unorganized fawkers, telling me one thing and doing another...

**** happen to me last year about for some stuff from 2006 that I knew was paid allow me to let you in on a little secret they always win them took 1200 from my checking witch I never got back and ended up paying another 800 in payments they were reasonable but I know the feeling going to grab a lil cash and being short a G ****in sux...Originally posted by Alibata View Post
