Ok well i boxed for 6 months then i had to stop because of financial problems...so now about i have stopped for about 7 months and in that time i have put on about 25-30 pounds so my question is what should i do to lose weight and stuff i have no idea how to eat good and i work on night shift plz help

try to eat 5 small meals a day. have a moderate ammount of carbs when you start the day (preferably clean carbs) and have mainly protien before bed (it'll help muscle recovery and doesn't get stored as fat while you sleep.) mix up running, do 2 short runs a week, 2 long runs and 1 fartlek session to train diffrent muscle types. as long as it's not crap that you eat and it's good healthy food and plenty of water (remaining hydratedgives you the feeling of being full) the weight should come off as long as you don't cheat yourself.
