I guess that big trip to the USA has been put on hold for a while.
If was to go to the US, he should of went over 5 years ago.

Perhaps he will retire & boxing in this country can get some credibility back.

Mundine never planned to go overseas. A rematch would possibly garner a lot of interest and therefore money. As **** as Mundine is, he can beat Woods with both his hands tied and he knows this and we should too.
So if I'm right, Mundine has to be the smartest dumbass in Australia. He just turned a D-level fighter into a big money fight (by Australian standards,of course). Now more people will tune in to see Mundine, supposedly get KO'd again, only to get f**ked over again.
Just a theory...Last edited by The Realist; 12-11-2010, 02:08 AM.

He had nothing left though, and that loss most definitely wasn't some design to get richer with a big money rematch. Getting plastered by some obvious bum isn't the way to do it. He could have had a close 'win' and then the public would have called for a rematch just the same without him getting smashed by a genuine nobody and without losing whatever credibility his lousy career had given him to this point. As it stands his entire career has just gone from something to less than nothing.
Not only that, but the punch that put him out, the left hook, really ****ing clocked him. Looked like he took a headbutt right beforehand too which made him bend over into the position he was to take that right behind the head and then left hand to KHTFO.
