      Does suicide count?

      If so, Edwin Valero.

How about fighter's who died young and could've gone on to be greater? Do they count? ie Salvador Sanchez, Stanley Ketchel etc

Not really 'cause they didn't exactly "waste" their talent but had it taken from them.

Max Baer...Baer had everything physically to become a great heavy champ...a huge torso...big arms, chests and a massive head.Coupled with a great chin and a huge right hand it should have earned him more than he eventually did. He was too undisciplined and unfocused. Still a great but could have been a lot lot better.
