In the boxingscene video when the guy asked Vic about the possibility of a final unification bout with Montiel, he said "yeah yeah yeah, whatever" but he didn't seem to really be enthusiastic about it.
It seems like he is more interested in a Donaire rematch or a fight with Arce. IMO, Donaire and Arce should fight each other and Darchinyan should try to unify all the belts. Vic even has the IBO belt, that would be FIVE belts!

I could understand revenge but why would Arce spell money? What has Arce done that would make a fight with him be worth more money than a fight for all the belts?

I just got off the phone with Gary Shaw, he said without equivocation that there will be no Donaire rematch.

Montiel vs Darchinyan would be a great fight!!!!

It would certainly be more interesting than Mijares vs Darchinyan because where Mijares was slow to show initiative Montiel would not be. So you would have two guys trying to be first.
