I have been boxing for a few weeks now and I love it. My punches have a nice snap for a beginner and I hope to jump in the ring soon hopefully. But there is only one problem.... Sometimes when I get in the ring and I start throwing punches I tend to get off balance and daze around a bit. Its starting to get really annoying and i was just wondering if any of you guys have any tips or tricks to help me keep my balance when i throw combinations or punches.... Now im 6 foot so im guessing my stance have to be pretty wide right?

... Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated!

do alot of skipping with different routines that will help your footwork also shadow boxing and practicing in front of the mirror side steps back steps forward steps forward and jab backwards and jab and so on, the only reason your going off balance is because your footwork is bad, throwing punches is so much easier once your footwork is mastered

just listen to your trainer when he tells you what you have been doing wrong
