im not a trainer. But I try telling you the truth. I want to be a boxer too and a trainer someday. But I have made my mind up that I'll turn pro after a 100 amateur fights and try to qualify for the 2012 olympics with the Dominican Republic. The thing about me is. I dont care about me, I want others to do better. I dont want you to go in there and think its a piece of cake. I want you to be completely ready. if you do atleast 50 amateur fights. You could work out the kinks in your mechanics. I just dont think 10 is good enough. Paulie Malignaggi had like 42. It could be done but its better to be prepared. The moneys not gonna come fast man. You could even have 25+ fights and not get a 5 figure fight. Just stay safe, im worried about ur trainer. Watch out for him. Its never good for 1 person to have too many jobs man.

Damn you lost 70lbs! I'm 26 right now. I can't lose more than 15-20lbs. No matter how hard I try. Well if your trainer thinks your ready, trust the man.
You get money from the Government for being a single parent? If you're thinking about going back to school, I'm pretty sure Govt will pay for it considering your situation. Pull a Juan Diaz, pro boxer while going to College.

What does your trainer think of you going pro?
