flawless go to the game and click TRAINING then scroll down to UPGRADE PRODUCTION and click the box that has the amount it costs. keep clicking it 'til you run out of money. then buy defense weapons from the ARMORY as much as you have left.
even if you don't want to play just do that so your army gets stronger even though you don't play.
I get in about 4 meals a day at least, for 4 days a week minimum. You could do the protein meal replacement, but how many ppl do you know that have actually had great results from doing that, and that's if they are telling you the truth. Meals don't have to be anything big, a good breakfast, a piece of fruit with a drink(could be anything healthy doesn't need to be fruit if you make up for it later in the day), lunch, your choice of food 2-3 hours after lunch, then dinner. For ABs you have to be consistent with your routine, if you slack, don't expect ABs to come when you want them to. Stay consistent, switch up exercises every 2-3weeks, cardio. Look into exercises that burn the most calories, (back/leg) exercises and exercise your abs at least 3 times a week to start off with
yea i go to the gym but i'm not big into supplements. I was when i was younger but most of them are a waste of money. I'm in better shape now than i was when i was on supplements 3-4 years ago. A smart thing to do would be to use the money that you would spend on shakes on the raw product, such as lean steak, fish or whatever. Its better for you in the long run and you can actually enjoy eating the food, instead of drinking shakes that taste nasty for the most part
