It's a damn good chance... or maybe a Clottey headline. As dumb as it sounds, he's still a top rank fighter just sitting on the shelf. Plus he's fought Pacquiao.. might be a good way to connect the two.
Same height as Pac... Height doesn't matter if you know how to use it. He makes fighters have to throw down to him, ends up making them vulnerable. Also being that short, makes his lateral movement that much better.
I think Gamboa is going to be a powerhouse at 135. Hes a 130lb fighter that fights at 126... He's built like a mini version of Roy... He's got serious power in both hands.. His speed, the angles with the power... I think Rios is going to be in for it. Especially because the guy at 126lbs are a lot quicker, Rios is a statue with limited defense. I see Pac-Margarito real talk. That and Gamboa has been a lot more tight with his defense, keeping his hands up etc. His footspeed will keep him at a safe distance at all times imo
