Marquez, just like Barrera and Morales have earned the right. Manny and Floyd did aswell but they are the cash cows of the sport. They carry the sport, making the most money, thus carrying the responsibility to fight the best. If Floyd fought a tune up on HBO against a C+ fighter like DLH did in 2007 that'd be just fine. It'd be understandable that Floyd coming out of jail would want a tune up. Other than that no.
